It´s such a perfect mix of research-background info, tasks, personal stories, reminders, quotes. It´s only day 13 of the program but I am seriously a happier person already. It´s come at a perfect time for me as my bubba isn´t sleeping at all and I used to find myself waking up super cranky after 4 hours of sleep, yelled at my husband, got annoyed with the kids, hated myself, and the day was already over before it began. It truly was amazing, a positive way to start or end my day. It really did set the tone for my day ahead. Each day was a reminder of all that is wonderful in life and any stresses or minor irritations are just that, minor.
